Returns, Refunds & Sale items

At Mini Mountains, we strive to keep all our customers happy and so will work with you to sort out any problems or issues you have with your purchases.

Returns
We understand you may change your mind and that is OK, Mini Mountains is happy to exchange or issue a credit voucher subject to the following conditions.  

1. The product must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase with proof of purchase.
2. The product must be in its original condition with packaging intact. 

If these requirements are not met, Mini Mountains reserve the right to not exchange or issue a credit note for your product.

Please note, Mini Mountains does not offer a refund if you change your mind. 

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning the item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds
If the product is faulty, Mini Mountains will either refund, exchange, repair or issue a credit note.

The product must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Please contact us on [email protected]  with a description and photo of the fault / damage. 

We cannot warranty goods without proof of purchase, so please keep your receipt. 

Notification of damaged or faulty products after 14 days from date of purchase will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Mini Mountains has the right to not offer exchange, return, refund or credit a product where the item fault is the result of mistreatment.

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.  After review, if the product is deemed faulty or damaged the return shipping charges will be refunded.   We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning the item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
